We are a family and women owned yoga, fitness and dance studio located in Broadview Heights, Ohio. We opened our doors in May of 2004 and are proud to offer something for everyone regardless of age or ability levels. Choose from your favorite yoga, fitness or dance class for your child. We have classes 7 days a week ranging from beginner to advanced, specialty workshops and even a Yoga Teacher Training Program. Our Fit for Life workshop has been such a success that we’re adding it permanently to our class schedule. Join us Saturdays 10:00 -10:45 am beginning April 26! (regular class pass or drop in rate)
Fit for Life is perfect for those new to strength training—no prior experience with strength training required. It’s designed for beginners who want to build a solid foundation in fitness. Led by Mary and Angela, this class covers strength training fundamentals, nutrition basics, mobility work, and more. It’s a comprehensive approach to starting your fitness journey.

Looking for a fun gentle way to move your body? Do you love dancing and are looking for some new ideas to groove? We've got the answer! Join Alanna for this Beginners Belly Dancing Workshop. You will learn the fundamentals of Belly Dancing in this workshop. Shoulder Rolls, Shimmies and more. Grab a friend and join Alanna as we find our inner goddess. Brittany brings intention and purpose to every class. After completing her training on the beatiful island of Maui, she has spent the past five years sharing her love for yoga with the Prana community.
Her Sunday morning warm yoga and slow flow classes offer a welcoming space to connect with your body, embrace breath, and move with intention. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or are an experienced practitioner, Brittany’s grounded and thoughtful approach will leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and inspired. Brittany teaches Sunday morning’s Warm Flow at 8:30 am and Slow Flow at 9:45 am.
