Beginner’s Yoga/Gentle Yoga Basics
Have you been thinking about starting a yoga practice or have you been away from the mat for awhile? Our Beginner Level Yoga classes will introduce you to the fundamentals of a yoga practice including breath and body awareness, correct alignment in the postures and how to be present in the moment. Vinyasa flow will be introduced and poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.
Gentle Yoga Basics is perfect for those with limited mobility or those recovering from injury or surgery. Gentle poses and breathing techniques will be used in order to cultivate a deep state of healing.
All Levels Flow Classes
These classes are open to all levels and provides an opportunity to deepen your awareness of the poses for an overall calming effect. The pace is moderate and more intermediate poses will be introduced and practiced around Surya Namaskar A & B (Sun Salutations) Emphasis is placed on mindfulness and breath control. All levels yoga encourages you to flow and move at your own pace, making it suitable for all levels of experience with the ability to modify poses to your own level. Room temperature is 68 -72 degrees. We offer variations on flow in our Gentle Flow, Slow Flow classes, a core focused practice in Core Yoga, and a more challenging class on Wednesdays, Level Up.
Total Body Conditioning
A high-energy workout that combines strength training and cardio for the ultimate full-body challenge. With kettlebells, slam balls, wall balls, TRX, and more, you’ll move through powerful intervals designed to build strength, increase endurance, and keep your heart rate elevated. Get ready for a fast-paced, results-driven session that leaves you stronger, fitter, and fully energized.
Strength Camp
A total-body training session focused on building muscle, improving endurance, and increasing power. Using a mix of free weights, resistance tools, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll push through challenging circuits that target every major muscle group. Expect progressive strength work, functional movements, and a supportive team environment that will keep you motivated and moving forward.
TRX Total Body Strength
Combines suspension training with free weights for a powerful full-body workout. Using the TRX, you’ll engage your core and stabilize every movement while adding dumbbells, kettlebells, and other resistance tools to build strength and muscle. This class targets all major muscle groups, improves balance and mobility, and delivers a challenging yet scalable session for every fitness level.
Intermediate/Hot Yoga/Last Call
Intermediate Level classes at Prana implement Vinyasa flow and is comprised of an intelligent, dynamic sequence of flowing yoga postures built around a variety of Namaskars (Salutations), Mandala Salutations and Dancing Warrior series. Experience an increase in energy and strength while building heat and learn to refine postures and deepen your connection to your body. Classes labeled Warm Room are heated to 74-78 degrees. Classes labeled Hot Yoga have the studio room being warmed to 80-88 degrees. Hot Yoga at Prana is also a Vinyasa style class with emphasis on building strength and flexibility and using your breath to flow through each movement. This class utilizes the warmth of the room to help heal, detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind through movement, balance and intention. As always, modifications are presented and these classes are recommended for those that already have regular yoga practice.
Strength: Core & Upper
Designed to build a stronger upper body and powerhouse core. This class uses a mix of free weights, resistance tools, and bodyweight exercises to target the arms, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominals. Expect a combination of functional strength moves and focused core work that will improve posture, stability, and overall strength. Perfect for anyone looking to sculpt and strengthen from the waist up.
Core Strength
Build a strong, stable foundation in this focused class designed to strengthen your abs, lower back, and entire midsection. This class uses a mix of free weights, resistance tools, bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and controlled breathing. You'll develop better posture, improved balance, and enhanced overall strength. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will challenge your core and leave you feeling powerful from the inside out.
Fitness Class Descriptions
Total Body Strength
A full-body workout designed to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and boost overall strength. Using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, this class hits every major muscle group in one efficient session. Expect a balance of compound lifts and targeted exercises that challenge you at any fitness level.
Total Body Step Strength
A full-body strength workout that uses the step platform as a tool to elevate your training. Through a combination of weighted and bodyweight exercises, you’ll challenge every major muscle group with an extra emphasis on building and shaping the lower body. This class focuses purely on strength — no choreography, no cardio — just effective, results-driven training.
Total Body Fit Mix
A full-body workout that blends metabolic conditioning, strength training, core work, and functional movement. Designed for all fitness levels, this class keeps things fresh with a mix of high or low-intensity intervals, resistance training, mobility work, and bodyweight conditioning. Every session is unique, keeping your body challenged and your mind engaged. Whether your goal is building strength, boosting endurance, or staying active, this class delivers. Modifications are always available to meet your needs.
Restorative Yoga/Yin Yoga
Restorative is offered monthly and is a gentle class that uses props to support the body while creating relaxation, greater mental clarity and physical freedom. (Workshop pricing rates for this class.)
Yin Yoga is a slow paced practice where postures are held for 3-5 minutes working the connective tissues in the body resulting in stronger ligaments, joints and bones. Class is held in a non-warmed room.
Specialty Classes/Yoga & Silks/Walk Live
Yoga & Silks is a class that combines yoga poses using the aerial yoga silks and provides a nice relaxing savasana in or out of the silks.
Walk Live on Wednesdays at 10 am: A low impact, high intensity fast paced 3-mile indoor walk aerobics fitness class that will challenge the ordinary outdoor walk. Power walk in place to music that's paced to get you a great AEROBIC WORKOUT. It is multi-muscle moving and calorie blasting...targeting every major muscle group in the body as well as strengthening your core. Be amazed at the simplicity of the program and how quickly you'll see results.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, relieves stress and tension and can reduce anxiety through gentle touch.
